E-TUFF® 80 HEAVY DUTY BASE & INTERMEDIATE COAT PARKING AND WALKING DECK MEMBRANE

E-Tuff® 80 is a single component, water catalyzed, fast setting, rapid curing, solvent free, TDI free, and based on patented technology. This high performance and high solids polyurea/urethane polymer produces a waterproof-base membrane that can be applied to suitably for heavy-duty wearing surface applications on prepared interior or exterior, concrete, plywood, and metal surfaces. Due to its fast gel time, E-Tuff ® 80 is suitable for applications in temperatures as low as 20°F (-6.7 °C). It may be applied in a single or multiple applications.

E-TUFF® 100

E-Tuff® 100 is a solvent free, TDI free, single component, liquid applied, water catalyzed, polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing base membrane. Based on patent technology for use on concrete, metal and plywood surfaces. E-Tuff® 100 can be applied in any thickness in a single coat application without gassing or blistering. P-TUFF® CLASSIC

P-Tuff® Classic is a non gassing, solvent free, single component, liquid applied, water catalyzed, polyurethane, elastomeric- waterproofing basecoat. The unique product allows the base membrane to be applied in one application up to 3” (7.6 cm) deep down to a feather edge and cures simultaneously throughout the coating in approximately 4 hours at 75ºF (24ºC) and 50% relative humidity. The basecoat may be used for very rough or highly textured surfaces and where sloping or pond filling is desired. B-TUFF® 302 / 302SC

B-Tuff® 302/302 SC is a single component, liquid applied, moisture cured, flexible, aromatic-urethane basecoat that can be applied to suitably prepared concrete, plywood and metal surfaces. B-TUFF® 302 is 250 VOC and B-TUFF® 302SC is 100 VOC. B-TUFF® 302 NG

B-TUFF® 306

B-Tuff® 306 is a two component, fast setting, solvent-free, flexible, high performance, and high solids urethane basecoat that can be applied to suitably prepared interior or exterior concrete, plywood and metal surfaces. Due to its fast gel time, B- Tuff® 306 is suitable for applications in temperatures as low as 20°F (-6.7°C). B-Tuff® 306 may be applied in a single application or in multiple applications. B-Tuff® 306 is also relatively insensitive to moisture and temperature, allowing applications in various temperatures and humidity. B-TUFF® 308

B-Tuff® 5600

B-Tuff® 5600 is a warranted system that is high solids, low odor, low VOC waterproofing membrane system that consists of a two component fast cure, urethane/polyurea basecoat. B-Tuff® 5600 is used as a tough, roofing and waterproofing membrane to endure a broad range of construction applications where a heavy duty traffic grade waterproofing membrane is required. The Flexideck® 5600 Traffic Coating System is utilized for vehicular and pedestrian traffic decks as well as between slab or sandwich plaza deck waterproofing, IRMA roof applications and single ply roof coating.
