P-TUFF® CLASSIC TECHNICAL DATA SHEET SECTION 3.2.3 A Single Component, Water-Catalyzed Base Membrane, Miami/Dade Approved

P-Tuff® Classic is a non gassing, solvent free, single component, liquid applied, water catalyzed, polyurethane, elastomeric- waterproofing basecoat. The unique product allows the base membrane to be applied in one application up to 3” (7.6 cm) deep down to a feather edge and cures simultaneously throughout the coating in approximately 4 hours at 75ºF (24ºC) and 50% relative humidity. The basecoat may be used for very rough or highly textured surfaces and where sloping or pond filling is desired. Please use the correct product grade that complies with VOC regulations as per federal, state, statutory bodies, county and city regulations/codes at the place of installation of product.

• 1 gallon (3.78 liters) can with a partial vial of catalyst 5 gallon (18.9 liters) pail with a full vial of catalyst 55 gallon drums – net fill 50 gallons (189 liters) with a 1/2 pint (0.24 liters) can of catalyst Contact Poly-Tuff International (PSI) for availability of 55 gallon (208 liters) drums
